Refund methods

Processing time
- Up to 14 calendar days after receiving and checking the return.
Shipping costs
If you return the entire order and shipping costs were charged,
they will also be refunded.
Item conditions
Condition
- Product must be new and unused.
- With original tags and packaging.
Handling
The customer is responsible for any loss in value resulting from improper use.
We do not accept exchanges/returns for
- Items tried on in intimate areas for hygiene reasons.
- Personalised products.
