At Ferry's, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here you can check the conditions for exchanges, returns and the right of withdrawal.
Free exchanges in Spain

International returns
We accept international returns within the indicated period, provided that the items meet the return conditions.
In these cases, the customer must send the product by their own means and bear the cost of the return shipment.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Ferry's is not responsible for parcels sent by the customer that do not arrive correctly at our facilities.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and have made an online purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to justify your decision.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the direct return costs shall be borne by the customer, unless Ferry's expressly states otherwise.
Refunds
Refund method
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer chooses another available option.
Gift card
In some cases, the customer may choose to receive a gift card with an extra 10% on the refunded amount.
Refund period
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt and verification of the returned items.
Initial shipping costs
If the entire order is returned, the standard shipping cost originally paid by the customer will be refunded, where legally applicable.
Conditions for returned items
Product condition
- The product must be new and unused.
- It must keep its labels, packaging and original wrapping.
- It must not show stains, odours, washing, damage or signs of use.
Verification
Ferry's reserves the right to verify the condition of returned items before approving the corresponding exchange or refund.
Reduction in value
The customer will be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics or functioning.
Exclusions
For health protection and hygiene reasons, unsealed or used items that are not suitable for resale cannot be returned.
Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned either, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Ferry's.
Defective product or order error
If the product received has a manufacturing defect or there has been an error in the preparation of the order, Ferry's will cover the costs of collection and replacement or refund of the affected product.
In these cases, please contact us indicating the order number and attaching photographs of the product or the incident.
