Returns & Exchanges

For exchanges in Mainland Spain, use “pedido con retorno” (note in the cart). For returns, generate your GLS label/QR and drop off at a nearby point, or ship it yourself.

Important: for exchanges in Mainland Spain do not open a return—use “pedido con retorno” in the cart notes.

Free exchange (Mainland Spain only)

What it is How it works Cost
“Pedido con retorno” Place a new order with the items you want.
In the cart, inside the “Special instructions for seller” box, write: pedido con retorno.
The courier will deliver the new order and collect your return at the same time. The items you return do not need to match the items you buy.
Free in Mainland Spain. If the new order total is < €45, we will refund the shipping costs.
Required: type “pedido con retorno” exactly in the cart notes. Without it, the courier cannot collect your return.

1) Place your new order

Choose size/colour or different products. They don't need to match what you return.

2) Write “pedido con retorno”

In the cartSpecial instructions for seller.

3) Prepare the return

Pack the garments in a box/bag with original tags and packaging. The courier will collect upon delivery.

4) Refund if applicable

We refund returned items to the original payment method. If the new order is < €45, we refund the shipping costs.

Exchange window: 30 calendar days from delivery.

Returns with GLS (URL – Drop-off at point)

Coverage

Available in all areas. Your original shipment does not need to be with GLS.

How it works

  • Generate your label/QR via our GLS returns URL.
  • Drop the parcel at a nearby GLS point.

Cost & timing

  • Standard cost: −€2.90 (deducted from your refund).
  • Window: 30 calendar days from delivery.
  • Refund: to the original payment method within up to 14 days after verification.

Handling

You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

  • Within up to 14 calendar days from receipt and verification.
  • To the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • For Mainland Spain exchanges: if the new order is < €45, we refund the shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for

  • Items not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that have been tried on/used after delivery.
  • Custom-made or personalised items according to your specifications.
Remember: In Mainland Spain, the courier will collect your return at the time of the new delivery if the order includes the “pedido con retorno” note in the cart.
