Delivery Conditions
Order preparation and dispatch
Orders are usually prepared in less than 24 business hours. Orders paid by bank transfer will begin to be prepared once payment has been confirmed.
Order delivery
An order will be considered delivered when the carrier makes it available to the customer at the address provided during the purchase process or at the selected pickup point.
Absence, incorrect address or failure to collect
If an order cannot be delivered due to repeated absence of the recipient, an incorrect address, incomplete details or failure to collect it from the delivery point, Ferry's may charge the actual transport costs arising from the return or new shipment of the order.
Transport incidents
If the package shows visible damage to the packaging or any apparent incident at the time of delivery, we recommend informing the carrier and contacting Ferry's as soon as possible so that we can manage the incident.
Delays beyond Ferry's control
The delivery times indicated are estimates and may be affected by causes beyond Ferry's control, such as logistics incidents, weather conditions, promotional campaigns, periods of high demand, local holidays or force majeure circumstances.
Customs, taxes and duties
Shipments made outside the European Union, as well as to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra, may be subject to taxes, customs fees, duties or import charges. These amounts will be borne by the recipient.
Retention of title
Ownership of the products will be transferred to the customer once full payment of the order has been received.
