Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and have made an online purchase from our store, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from receiving your order, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, you must communicate your decision by completing the withdrawal form available on this page, providing at least the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Order number
• Request details

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay.

However, in accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain personalised products or to sealed items which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
