These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through the website www.ferrys.es.

2. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and users through the Ferry's online store.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Products

Ferry's sells textile products, underwear, garments for babies, children and adults, and other related items.

The main characteristics of each product are displayed on its corresponding product page. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may show slight colour variations depending on the user's screen.

4. Purchase Process

To make a purchase, the customer must select the desired products, add them to the shopping cart and complete the payment process by following the instructions provided on the website.

Before confirming the order, the customer may review the selected products, quantities, prices, shipping costs and the information entered.

5. Prices and Taxes

The prices displayed in the online store are shown in euros.

For orders delivered to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and European Union countries, prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra or countries outside the European Union, prices may be displayed excluding VAT. In such cases, taxes, customs duties, tariffs or import charges shall be borne by the recipient.

6. Payment Methods

Ferry's accepts the payment methods indicated during the checkout process, which may include credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and cash on delivery where available.

For orders paid by bank transfer, order preparation will begin once payment has been confirmed.

Cash on delivery is available for Spain and Portugal, with a surcharge of 2% of the total order value, subject to a minimum charge of €2.

7. Order Confirmation

Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the purchase details.

Ferry's reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of an obvious pricing error, lack of availability, payment issues or suspicion of fraudulent use.

8. Shipping and Delivery Times

Information regarding shipping destinations, carriers, delivery times, costs and delivery conditions is available on our Shipping & Payments page.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistics issues, public holidays, promotional campaigns, periods of high demand or force majeure.

9. Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, Ferry's will contact the customer to offer a solution, replacement, waiting period or refund of the corresponding amount.

10. Exchanges and Returns

The conditions applicable to exchanges, returns, costs, deadlines and the condition of returned items are available on our Exchanges & Returns page.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with labels and original packaging, except where otherwise provided by law.

11. Right of Withdrawal

If the customer qualifies as a consumer, they may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without having to provide any reason.

In the event of withdrawal, the direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer unless Ferry's expressly states otherwise.

12. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For health protection and hygiene reasons, unsealed or used items that are not suitable for resale cannot be returned.

The right of withdrawal shall also not apply to personalised products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Ferry's.

13. Legal Warranty

Products sold by Ferry's are covered by the legal warranty applicable to consumers under current legislation.

If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must contact Ferry's at ferrysonline@ferrys.es, indicating the order number and, where possible, providing photographs of the issue.

14. Liability

Ferry's shall not be liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as carrier incidents, force majeure, errors in the information provided by the customer or failure to collect the order.

15. Data Protection

The personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
