Para mis necesidades, son un poco estrechos.

Es muy útil y muy ecológico

Es útil y muy ecológico. Con los corchetes se sujeta bien aunque yo le he añadido un enganche, (un pseudo liguero) lo hago con la tira de un sujetador, que cosido a la compresa, coloco el enganche en el borde de la braga, para que en las marchas no se mueva hacia atrás la compresa.
